How does it all work?
This plugin attaches to your WordPress website. Within the plugin’s settings page, you set a service area on the embedded google map and set landing page logic based on property acreage. Then, you embed the google search bar and property shortcodes onto your existing home page and shop landing pages. 
What does all of this mean? Think of a regular online shop that sells shampoo for $10. That’s easy to do because each shampoo bottle is the same. But with services, such as lawncare, pricing depends on the size of the property overall. This plugin solves that problem. The plugin allows you to add logic to your online shop that will ensure the user only sees pricing that matches the prices for their property size!
What do you need from me?

If you already have a WordPress website, you simply need to create a table with pricing per the overall size of the property. Example: Let’s say you’re selling lawn mowing services. You would create a table showing the price for the service for different property size ranges. “If the property is between 0 – .2984 acres in size, it’s $50 per cut. If the property is between .2985 – .4132 acres in size, it’s $55 per cut.” 

Once you have your pricing table set, you simply install this plugin, create shop pages and products for each property range “tier”, and then add a few pieces of shortcode to your home page to add the search bar. Boom, now you’ve got a fully automated online shop!

No. This is a wordpress plugin, which is an ADDON to your existing wordpress website. The plugin adds variable pricing functionality to your website so that you can allow customers to enter their property address into a search bar and then be forwarded to a preset landing page with pricing to match the property size. Essentially, you build your website and webstore and then use this plugin to add variable pricing based on location and size.
